Every session is tailored to your player's level and goals. Here's what a typical 40-minute session looks like.
40 minutes ยท Ages 8โ11
Dynamic stretches, ball handling basics, and a quick chat about goals for the day.
Stationary dribbling, crossovers, and control drills. Building comfort with both hands.
BEEF technique (Balance, Eyes, Elbow, Follow-through). Close-range form shooting.
Basic triple threat, jab steps, and simple attack moves. Learning to read the defender.
Fun competitive drill or mini-game. Recap what we learned and set homework.
40 minutes ยท Ages 11โ14
Ball handling combos on the move. Getting the body and mind game-ready.
Speed dribbling, combo moves, and handling under pressure. Two-ball drills.
Pull-up jumpers, floaters, finishing through contact. Reading the defense.
1-on-1 from different spots. Decision making: when to shoot, drive, or pass.
Game-pressure drill with consequences. Mental toughness and clutch moments.
Sessions are customized based on your player's strengths, weaknesses, and what they want to work on. No two sessions are exactly alike.
